The workspace that does the work. Everything your business runs on is in one place, so Plyxl’s agent can work across your entire company: ask for something and it gets it done in every tool involved, from chasing late invoices to moving a job and telling the customer. When what you need doesn’t exist yet, it builds the app or automation for it.
Its agent works across your whole business, not inside one tool. Because everything is in one workspace, a single request can read your books, check the calendar, email the customer and update the CRM, and you ask for it the way you’d ask someone who works for you. It asks before anything that leaves your business or can’t be undone, and most changes are recorded in Activity, where you can undo them. And it’s priced per workspace, not per person.
No. Your email stays in Gmail or Outlook and your books stay in QuickBooks or Xero. Plyxl connects with a sign-in and works with your data where it already lives. When an app needs somewhere of its own to keep things, like a list of jobs, Plyxl gives it a table.
Anything you would describe to someone who works for you: a dispatch board, a quote builder, a stock tracker for the vans, a page customers can book from, or a rule like “when a job is marked done, invoice it”. In Plyxl an app and an automation are the same thing. One is started by a person and the other by something happening.
There is nothing to wire up and no boxes to drag around. You say what you want, and Plyxl writes it against your real tools and data, shows you exactly what it can read and change, and lets you try it before anyone else has it. When it needs to change, you ask again.
Only what you allow. Anything that leaves your business or can’t be undone — email, payments, a change in a connected tool — arrives as a card showing the exact values, and waits for a yes. Smaller changes it can make on its own, like adding a row or updating a job, and those are recorded in Activity, where you can undo them.
Every read and every change, whether it comes from you, an app, an automation or the agent, goes through one door that checks what is allowed. Each app lists what it can reach, taken from what it is allowed to do rather than from how it describes itself. Built apps run in a sandbox, and changes land in Activity, where most can be undone.
