Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and Plyxl for using the product. We’ve kept them in plain English. By creating an account or using Plyxl, you agree to them. Last updated 4 October 2026.

Who we are

Plyxl is operated by Plyxl, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Plyxl”, “we”, “us”). “You” means the person using Plyxl and, where you use it for an organisation, that organisation. If you accept these terms on behalf of a business, you confirm you are allowed to bind it.

What Plyxl does

Plyxl is a workspace that sits on top of the tools your business already uses. You connect those tools, and Plyxl builds apps and automations and runs an AI agent that can read and act in them on your behalf, within the permissions you grant. You are responsible for the apps, automations and instructions you create, and for reviewing what the agent proposes before you approve it.

Plyxl asks you to approve anything that leaves your business or cannot be undone — email, payments, and changes in a connected tool — before it happens. Smaller changes may be made without a separate prompt and are recorded in your activity log. You are responsible for the approvals you give and for anyone on your team you allow to give them.

Your account and your team

You need an account to use Plyxl, and you must give accurate details and keep your login secure. You are responsible for everything done under your account and by the people you invite into your workspace. Tell us at team@plyxl.net if you think your account has been used without your permission. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live, and Plyxl is for business use, not for children.

Your data is yours

As between you and us, you own your workspace content and the data in the tools you connect. We claim no ownership of it. You grant us only the limited permission we need to run the service for you: to store, process and transmit your content so that Plyxl and the agent can do the work you ask for. We act as a processor of that data on your behalf, and how we handle it is set out in our Privacy policy, which is part of these terms.

We do not sell your data, and we do not train AI models on your workspace content.

The tools you connect

When you connect a third-party tool — Gmail, a calendar, QuickBooks, Stripe and the like — you authorise Plyxl to access it within the scopes that tool’s own consent screen shows you. Your use of each connected tool is still governed by that provider’s own terms, and we are not responsible for a third-party service, its availability, or what it charges you. You can disconnect a tool at any time.

AI, and what it produces

Plyxl uses AI models to answer questions, write apps and automations, and do work in your tools. AI can be wrong, and generated code and answers can contain mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing what Plyxl produces before you rely on it, and for the approvals you give it to act. Plyxl is not a substitute for professional advice — legal, accounting, tax or otherwise.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

— break the law, or use Plyxl to help anyone else break it;
— access data or accounts you are not allowed to, or misuse a connection to reach data that isn’t yours;
— send spam, malware, or unlawful, deceptive or harmful messages through Plyxl;
— try to break, overload, probe or reverse-engineer the service, or get around its security or usage limits;
— resell or white-label Plyxl without our written agreement; or
— use Plyxl to build something that competes by copying it.

We may suspend an account that puts the service, other customers, or anyone’s data at risk, and we’ll tell you why when we can.

Plans, payment and renewal

Free is $0 and needs no card. Pro is US$99 per month, or US$1,020 per year (US$85 a month, billed once a year), for the whole workspace rather than per person, with the limits shown on our pricing page. Enterprise is priced by agreement.

Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically — each month for a monthly plan, each year for a yearly one — at the then-current price, until you cancel. You can cancel any time from Settings; your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and we don’t pro-rate or refund the unused part of a period unless the law where you live requires it. Prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes, which we add where we must. Payments are handled by Stripe, and we may change our prices on notice before your next renewal.

Beta features, and changes to the service

Plyxl is improving quickly. We may add, change or remove features, and some may be labelled beta or early access and offered as-is. We’ll give reasonable notice before a change that materially reduces the core service.

The service is provided “as is”

We work hard to keep Plyxl running and correct, but to the fullest extent the law allows, Plyxl is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the output of the AI agent will be accurate or suitable for your purpose.

Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Plyxl will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the service — including anything an automation or the agent does, or fails to do, in a connected tool. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of US$100 or the amount you paid us for Plyxl in the three months before the claim arose. Some places don’t allow some of these limits, in which case they apply to you only as far as the law allows.

You cover certain claims

You agree to cover us for third-party claims arising from your content, your use of the service in breach of these terms, or your breach of the law or someone else’s rights.

Ending it

You can stop using Plyxl and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, if your payment fails, or if we must to protect the service or other customers. When your account ends, your right to use Plyxl stops, and we handle your data as described in the Privacy policy. The parts of these terms that by their nature should survive — payment owed, ownership, disclaimers, liability limits and the section below — survive.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and the state and federal courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, unless the law where you live gives you a right to bring it elsewhere. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we’ll update the date at the top of this page and tell account owners by email before the change takes effect. Continuing to use Plyxl after that means you accept the new terms.
